Are you Upside Down in your Home? Many Las Vegas residents owe more than their home is worth and need to refinance. Many lenders will say a refinance can not be done. I may be able to help! Something to keep your eye on over the next couple of months will be FHA Home Loans. Recently, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae have laid out plans to increase the costs associated with conforming loans for borrowers with a FICO credit score under 680. This move will no doubt make FHA Loans more popular because the loans are not credit score driven. Also, FHA Loans will allow Down Payment Assistance which when used effectively makes an FHA purchase a Zero Down Home Loan.
